- 1 cup assorted peppers (diced)
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- 20 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Liao's Chili Chutney
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
1. Heat a thin layer of oil on medium heat until hot.
2. Add vegetables and stir fry. Set aside.
3. Cook shrimp and stir until cooked through
4. Stir the vegetables back in, add 1/2 tsp salt, and pepper to taste.
5. Finally, add Liao's Chili Chutney. (Add more Chili Chutney for more heat!).
