Skinny Mayo Shrimp (without the mayo!)

Ingredients: 2 lbs jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined) 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon honey 1 1/2 tablespoons Liao's Chili Chutney Sesame seeds 4 scallion stems (sliced) Directions: 1. Grill Shrimp 2-3 minutes each side until no longer opaque and cooked through.2. Combine yogurt, honey, and Liao's Chili Chutney in a bowl. Mix well. Add more Liao's Chili Chutney for more heat.3. Once shrimp are cooked, brush the sauce mixture on shrimp.4. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.5. Serve immediately.    


Orange Flavor Chicken

Ingredients: 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 onion (diced) 1 lb chicken tenderloin (cubed) 1/2 tsp minced ginger 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp sugar 1/4 tps salt 1/2 large carrot (slided) 1 orange (peeled and sliced or cubed) 1 tbsp Liao's Chili Chutney Directions: 1. In a medium pan (with lid), heat a thin layer of oil on medium heat until hot.2. Add onions and cook until edges turn brown.3. Add garlic, ginger, and chicken. Continue stirring until chicken is no longer pink inside.4. Add water, and remaining ingredients.5. Cover with lid, and simmer until most of the water evaporates.6....


Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe

  Ingredients: 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 medium onion 1 medium broccoli crown 1 zucchini 1 red pepper 1 tomato 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp minced ginger 1/2 cup water 1/4 tsp salt a pinch of cumin powder 1 tbsp Liao's Chili Chutney Directions: 1. Bring one pot of water to boil. While waiting, cut broccoli and set aside. 2. In separate bowl, prepare and slice other vegetables. 3. Chili Shrimp w. Peppers

Ingredients: 1 cup assorted peppers (diced) 1/2 cup onion (diced) 20 large shrimp (peeled and deveined) 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp Liao's Chili Chutney 1/2 tsp salt pepper to taste Directions: 1. Heat a thin layer of oil on medium heat until hot.2. Add vegetables and stir fry. Set aside.3. Cook shrimp and stir until cooked through4. Stir the vegetables back in, add 1/2 tsp salt, and pepper to taste. 5. Finally, add Liao's Chili Chutney. (Add more Chili Chutney for more heat!).


Garlic Chicken Recipe

Ingredients: 1 lb chicken 2 tsp corn starch ½ tsp ground garlic ½ tsp salt 2 tablespoon fried onions 2 scallions 6 oz water 1 ½ tsp soy sauce 3 tsp Liao’s Chili Chutney Directions: Dice Chicken and marinate with pinch of salt and ½ tsp cornstarch Let sit for 15 – 20 minutes Stir fry chicken and set aside Heat oil in pan and add garlic. Cook until fragrant. Add water, then soy sauce, and last chutney Add fried onion, cook sauce until boiling Add remaining corn starch to thicken Re-add chicken Garnish with Scallions
