Pineapple Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients: 2 tsp vegetable oil (divided) 4 cups White Rice, cooked 1 cup chopped Pineapple 2 stems Scallion, thinly sliced ½ onion, diced 2 tsp Liao’s Chili Chutney 2 Eggs 1 tsp Fish Sauce Pinch of White Pepper Directions: 1.Heat 1 tsp of oil. Pour the eggs to form a thin pancake. Once eggs have set, cut into 1 inch pieces and set aside in separate bowl. 2. I just placed my order with Tadbik for 3,000 labels. YIKES! I can't say I know everything about labels, but here are some helpful tips I picked up and learned along the way.  1. KNOW FDA GUILDELINES: Make sure you follow the Food Label Guidelines as found on FDA Site. This is VERY important. If you are working with a center like Rutgers Food Innovation center, they can help you proof your label to make sure you have everything in order. My First Fancy Food Show & Takeaways

Yesterday, I attended my 1st Fancy Food Show and it was amazing.  It was great to walk the floor and see all the different vendors, booths, and trends. There was no picture taking allowed, so my husband and I took many, many, mental notes. As we walked the floor, we looked for a bunch of things. These were my takeaways.
